JayBee and I fished today on the James. Had a bit of trouble getting bait in DB, but found some back in the hot discharge. Water temps in the main river varied from 44 to 47. We found the bait in 67 degree water. We fished several different location with various depths with no luck at all. North wind blew hard most of the day which kept the tide moving out way past the normal change time.
JayBee is back out there today. I hope he has better luck than we did together. Heard that a couple of guys did better on the down river side of Presquile loop with a 58. Yet, most reported a slow day.
